DILG Ilocos Sur Sub-Cluster 1 successfully spearheaded a regional training program focused on strengthening the Barangay Justice System (BJS) across all barangays in its jurisdiction. The training, held at the Vigan City Convention Center, gathered over 200 barangay officials, including Punong Barangays and Lupong Tagapamayapa members. The program covered dispute resolution mechanisms, proper documentation, and the role of barangay justice in community harmony.
