First District Representative Ronald V. Singson expressed his wholehearted support for DILG's ongoing governance enhancement programs in the 11 municipalities of the First Congressional District. During a courtesy visit to the Sub-Cluster 1 office, Rep. Singson pledged congressional support for capacity building initiatives and funding for priority governance programs in the district.
